Family Terraced Garden

The Brief

Multi-level family garden with a contemporary Mediterranean feel. The first terrace is for dining and lounging by the wood burning stove the second terrace for and enjoying the sun under olive trees. The top two levels are for playing, bouncing on the sunken trampoline, homemaking in the playhouse and growing small crops in raised beds. By zoning each terrace, we managed to satisfy the grown-ups and little ones in equal measure.
